Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for color variations or other non-defective reasons.

Exchanges are applicable only for products received in a damaged or defective condition. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

Please note that sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• An unboxing video must be recorded in a single continuous shot, clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the parcel.

• The video must be shared with our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made without an unboxing video or after the mentioned timeframe will not be accepted.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

MODESTEÈ LABEL reserves the right to reject return or replacement requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
